Super-Old Daily Report: My Super-Belated Birthday Party #2
Once upon a time (around 6:30, December 5th), in a land far far more awesome than yours, The Princess Alexa had a Royal Birthday Party. Her Royal Highness had turned twelve on the Third of October, but because of the Queen's procrastination, the party had been very delayed. The young Princess had invited a few of her beloved friends from around the kingdom. There was Lady Green, known by the Princess simply as Monica, the Dutchess, Jacey, and a lowly peasant, Michelle, who was too poor for an education and was therefore very stupid.
The Princess and her friends gathered in the castle for the party. The King had ordered pizza for dinner, a fine delicacy in the Kingdom, to be delivered by a lowly delivery boy. The girls dined on the pizza and drank lemonade and cola as they spoke of the Dutchess's latest fancy among other topics. After filling their stomachs, the girls played a few games. The prize for these games were chocolates imported from the faraway land of Pennsylvania. After the games, the girls settled down for a theatrical presentation featuring the famed actress Ashley Tisdale, titled "Picture This". When the motion picture ended, Lady Green left for her parents did not allow sleepovers. Meanwhile, the Dutchess, Michelle, and Her Royal Highness The Princess Alexa watched another motion picture by the name of "Because I Said So". At the end of the video, the Dutchess had fallen asleep and The Princess and Michelle did not wish to disturb her, so they too proceeded to sleep. The next morning, the Dutchess, Michelle, and The Princess awoke and watched a show called "Next" on the channel of MTV until the Queen fetched donuts for their breakfast. These donuts were the finest in the land, and were crafted by the Royal Chef Dunkin'. After their morning feast of donuts, munchkins, and milk, the girls set out to clean their sleeping quarters before their carriages (Michelle, of course, had no carriage) came to bring them to their abodes. Princess Alexa wished them a good day and they left the castle. It was The End of the Royal Sleepover. They all lived Happily Ever After. The End.
I am good storyteller, no?

Daily Report: Uck, continued

Oh my Gawd, Wednesday was soooo borrrrriiiiiiinnnngggggg!!!!!!!!! For those of you who do not know, I came down on Tuesday with an infection of Group A Streptococcus Bacteria. Commonly known as "strep throat". I was watching TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 (I luv luv luv Aaden!!!) and What Not To Wear all day long. Seriously, I memorized like half the commercials. I remember one for Massage Envy and one for Nintendo Personal Trainer: Cooking. Gawwwddd. All of this was happening on my parent's 13th Anniversary!!! Poor them. They decided to celebrate it tomorrow, and they're gonna get massages (ooh, try Massage Envy!) and go out to a show or something...I think. Whatever. I'm all better now, so that's good. Bye.
In My Ears: Guess what?! My sister's watching What Not to Wear...ugh.

Daily Report: Ceramicly Straight Hair

So...I straightened my hair yesterday!!! You are wondering why this is so special. Well, I will tell you, dear reader. Because normally when I straighten my hair, it doesn't *stay* straight. But yesterday, I used my new *ceramic* straightener, and VOILA! Straight hair that *stays* straight! I could do a commercial, right???
And guess what else is great about today??? My birthday party!!! It's a sleepover and if you are not invited, you are very jealous. You know why? Cuz it's gonna be ahmayzing!!! I'll keep you updated on that, since I know you'll be dying to know. Bye for now!

Daily Report: Diabetes Movie Tickets

Lunch today was far from boring. Gawd, how *old* did *that* sound?! Anyway, so the Student Council in our school is having a Movie Night this Friday. They're showing Elf. And they haven't told a single ticket. So Shane Rose and his chubby friend decided to go to every table today and persuade (if that's even in Shane's vocabulary) people to come. So when he comes to our table, of course Jacey just *has* to tell him that I'm having my birthday party this Friday. So Shane starts telling me how "off the shizzle" my party will be if I bring everyone to Movie Night. When that doesn't work, he says that it will save dogs that have diabetes if I buy a ticket. When *that* doesn't work, his chubby friend tells us that if we give him a dollar that they'll go away. Eventually, with no money, Shane and Chubby left anyway. Now I have to tell you that Shane is considered *popular* in 8th grade--he is not some randumb loser who thinks he is cool by saying "off the shizzle".
But I know that you don't care about that. You just read that my birthday party is on Friday. And you are wondering why I am having a birthday party in December when my birthday was October 3rd. And you are also remembering my post about my socka chicka halloween party. But you forgot the posts before it about my party plans. Remember? I was having two parties. Well, after the 1st one, my grandpa and aunt came and we were taking them all over the place so that they could fit as much American whatever as they could into their tw0-week vacation here. And after that, my mom just wanted to relax or whatever, so my nagging has finally succeeded in having my 2nd party now. In December. Well, not exactly now, it's on Friday, but you get the point. So now that I have answered all your questions (if you have more, nosy, just leave a comment), I will leave now. Good-bye.
In My Ears: nothing, actually.

Daily Report: Vietnam Hoodie and Mushy Orange Surprises

So I didn't tell you that I went shopping on Black Friday. And now you wanna know what I got, right? Well, I got a gray zip-up hoodie from Abercrombie, red fleece sweats from Abercrombie, black boots from Journeys, leggings and legwarmers from Macy's, and a black hoodie from Tees Zone--one of the stands in the mall. The hoodie had a rainbow neon peace sign with neon paint splatters.
Why am I telling you this? Cuz now I'm gonna tell you about what happened in homeroom with Mrs. Metz, the librarian. She comes up to me in homeroom, and she goes, "I like your sweater." And I'm like, "Um...thank you?" And she's like, "It's so nice to see people wearing peace signs nowadays..." And she starts telling me this whole story of how the peace sign came out around the Vietnam War and she went and bought peace sign checkbooks and t-shirts and whatever. And Mrs. Dicks (yes that *really* is her last name, no joke) is like, "We need peace nowadays. The world is such a mess!" As soon as she walks away, Michelle goes, "Yeah, Lex is a mess, too." And Eileen's like, "So...your hoodie is from Vietnam?"
But that's not the only thing that happened in homeroom. There was also the Mushy Orange Incident. So Michelle likes oranges. And everyday, Helena brings in an orange for lunch (one of the small ones--clementines). So Michelle begs Helena for her orange and Helena doesn't really care, so she gives it to Michelle. Well, on Wednesday (no school Thursday and Friday), Michelle got the orange from Helena but she didn't have time to eat it cuz of the shortened periods due to early dismissal. So she stuck the clementine into her purse. Today in homeroom, the now-mushy orange is still in her purse. So what does she do? She puts it on Tristan's desk. Tristan comes in, sees the orange, and goes, "Ooh! There's an orange on my desk!" Of course, Me, Amber, Michelle, and Eileen are cracking up. Then, Tristan picks up the orange and says, "Eww! It's all mushy!" So we're all cracking up really hard now and Mrs. Dicks gets all annoyed and tells Tristan to give her the orange so she can throw it away. Tristan just skips to the trash can and throws it out himself. Yes, I said *skips*. Tristan is *gay*, but not *homosexual*, you know? At least, that's what he says. Anyway. That's all for today, so Byeee!!!

Review: High School Musical ON STAGE!

So yesterday, I saw the Paper Mill Playhouse's production of Disney's High School Musical with Monzi and some other people from my soccer team. It was really messed up. First of all, Troy (Chase Peacock) had spiky hair. Gabriella (Sydney Morton) looked like she was thirty, and she was kinda fat. Taylor (Krystal Joy Brown) had an afro, and (Justin Keyes) Chad didn't. Martha was an ugly midget. Jason was blonde. There was this announcer guy, Jack Scott (Joseph Morales) who wasn't in the original Disney version and he ended up going out with Kelsi (Stephanie Pam Roberts), instead of some basketball jock. The only people who looked like their characters were Bailey Hanks, playing Sharpay, and Logan Hart, playing Ryan. None of them could sing, especially not Troy and Gabriella! They changed most of the songs and costumes. Remember Sharpay's blue feathery Bop to the Top dress? It became a red tango dress. Kinda like this. And you know how Gabriella used to wear flowery dresses all the time? Well, not anymore! Also, Chad lost his basketball! Comparing it to Disney's original movie, it basically sucked. On its own, it was pretty good, if you overlook the horrible singers.
But don't just take my word for it. Listen to NJ.com's review, by Peter Filichia from the Star Ledger:
Don't forget to click all the links!!!"David Simpatico adapted the script to the stage, added a joke about nose-picking, another about flatulence, and a new character. He's Jack Scott, who broadcasts meant-to-be-amusing announcements over the P.A. system: Joseph Morales is the unfortunate actor who squeezed very few laughs from the absolutely terrible material he was saddled with at Sunday's opening.
At least Morales didn't have to compete with the memory of anyone in the movie. "High School Musical" fans will probably not take to Chase Peacock, who has dared to replicate the role of Troy, originated by Zac Efron. Peacock is an accomplished performer, but his dissimilarity to Efron will automatically make him a distant second in young people's hearts.
No such problem for Sydney Morton, who does look like her forebear, Vanessa Hudgens. She's an adorable singer and dancer, but like so many in the cast, she appears to be too old. Granted, they're not as aged as the cast of that '50s high school musical on Broadway -- which really should be called "Ancient Grease" -- but another Broadway show, "13," proves there are talented kids who truly are kids out there. In this production, most cast members mention their college educations in the program bios.
That's probably why every performer is so accomplished. Each gets every step of Denis Jones' choreography (if it can be called that; calisthenics is a better description), and director Mark S. Hoebee has drilled them into a terrific company.
As Sharpay, Bailey Hanks knows how to be evil, and Logan Hart makes Ryan more three-dimensional than his character appears on the page. Stephanie Pam Roberts, as Kelsi, grows nicely from demure to backbone-strong.
The most hateful aspect of the show is the characterization of drama teacher Ms. Darbus -- a pretentious, silly, and oh-so-grahnd easy target who refers to "football diamonds" and "basketball touchdowns." Donna English keeps the degradation to a minimum.
While all is said and sung, adults might enjoy watching these young actors knock themselves out. And perhaps the sons and daughters who made them attend will like the Paper Mill Playhouse enough to return for the next musical: "1776." Now there's a show!"

Daily Report: Livin' Brace-Free!!!

I finally got to take my stupid (though ahmayzingly attention-grabbing) brace off yesterday!!! So I could walk around like a normal person, cuz even celebs need vacayz!!! I also got to participate in the Boot Scootin' Boogie in Dance, tho. Me, Jewel, Rufus (Gyro's new name), and Nooran had to add arm movements for it, and we were ahmayzing (luv that word) !!! Even Ms. Murphy liked it!!! Also, my group won in the Slogan Competition during TV Studio, thanks to Zack, who got every slogan except for one (which no one had, anyway). Also thanks to me for remembering the Band-Aids Song. But uther than that, I gotz no newz and I gots to go, bye!

Souper Catch-Up, Part Two: Last Wednesday to Yesterday
So Last Wednesday wuz *HORRIBLE*!!! It all started at around 4:30-ish...My coach--John--came to pick me up to take me to my indoor soccer practice. Well, it wuz really this "Speed and Agility" training thing, like sprints and plyometrics, but whatever. So he also had to pick up, like, 4 other girls on my team, so we were running *really* late. And Sports U--the place where we were training--was doing renovations on their entrance, so we had to go thru this temporary entrance, which wuzn't very well-lit. And we had to run in cuz we were so late. So we're all running in--JLo, Keppel, Winger, Sammy, and I--and my foot hits the curb, and I think I tripped or something, and I think I twisted my ankle. But then, I didn't think that, so I went thru the whole practice, but the pain didn't stop. So I'm sitting in John--excuse me, *Coach* John's car, for about 20 minutes, and my muscles got all cold, so it hurt a lot as I limped into the house. My loving father, on his way out to ShopRite, tells me to go shower, as if *that's* gonna make it better. "At least you won't smell so bad," he says. So I go shower and he goes to ShopRite, and it feels worse when I come out. I mean, I couldn't even limp. I wuz *hopping* around the house on one foot!!!
On Thursday, I wuz still hopping, so I stayed home from skool. Which I wuz ackshully kinda sad abowt cuz it wuz the first day uv the 2nd Marking Period, so I missed out on learning the class rules or wutever for TV Studio (Mrs. Matuzweski), Study Hall (Ms. Paolella--yes, there are rules for that, too!!!), and Dance (Ms. Murphy). So I basically sat home, watching iCarly, and Clueless, and Moesha. GAWD, it wuz *horibble*. However, by the end of the day, I could kinda limp, so my dad decided to CANCEL MY DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT.
My mom, who is an EMT, decided it wuz sprained, and gave me a brace that she had used when she had a stress fracture, so it wuz off to school for me on Friday. I wuz *the* center of attention, lil' ol' me with my sprained ankle cuz I tripped over a curb. I also got to sit out Dance while the rest of the class got to learn the Boot Scootin' Boogie. Ms. Murphy wuz kinda pissed, since I didn't have a medical note and I didn't know when I would get the brace off, but wutever.
On Saturday, I went to the doctor's to finally find out wut wuz *really* wrong and wut I should do and if I needed a medical note for Ms. Murphy. It wuz, actually, sprained, and he told me to keep the brace on until Monday. I also went to Paterson (or Parsippany, or Paramus?) for Arabic food. I ordered Shawarma, which is like the Arabic version of a burrito. My dad grew up in Saudi Arabia, so he taught me the Wonders of Shawarma. It is really good.
On Sunday, I went to my team's last soccer game to cheer them on in the almost-freezing cold. I brought my teammate, Claire, who had sprained her knee. So we were all standing on the sidelines, cheering, and talking to whoever wuz subbed out at the time. My socka chicka Emily made theze ahmayzing chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting and green sprinkles. On top of them, she put a frosted OREO and wrote "M" (for Montville) in icing. There is a difference between icing and frosting, people!! Her ahmayzing mom also brought hot cocoa for the whole team. Thank you, Emily's Mom!!!
Yesterday wuz Monday, and the last day that I had to wear my brace. Whoop-dee-doodle!!! But that's all that wuz special about Monday.

Souper Catch-Up, Part One: Two Wednesdayz ago to Last Tuesday.
To Wednesdayz ago was pretty event-less, so I won't even go there. Thursday--Day One of the 4-Day Weekend--I was just sitting at home doing absutootly nothing. My dad left that afternoon on a business trip to a convention in Orlando,Florida. Friday--Day Two of the 4-Day Weekend--I saw High School Musical 3: Senior Year (look down at the last post!!), which was really sucky--but I saw my Campee, Alex, there!
Saturday was Day Three of the 4-Day Weekend, and the fun finally kicked in. Saturday morning, I got an ahmayzing manicure. Pink with a little sparkly black diagonal stripey-thing. It's mostly chipped by now, though :-( . (<-- Ohemjay, that looks like a sad face with a mole!!!) After that, we went shopping until 5:30-ish, when we had to go pick up my baby cousin. Actually, he's not really a baby anymore--he's a little over a year. His name is Joseph (although I wanted it to be Dylan), but I call him "Goober". Ya know, like SpongeBob's Goofy Goober??? Well, *he* understands it! No, really--he does! I kept calling him Goober all of Saturday, and he was responding. But that's not all.
On Sunday--Day Four of the 4-Day Weekend--my sister asks him, "Where's the Goober?", and he points to himself and smiles!!! He's sooooooo adorable, and you are sooooooo jealous!!! Anyway, so we were hanging out with him until about 12-ish, when he had to leave, becuz his parents are getting divorced, and there's a custody battle, or something, so my uncle has to get him to his mom's house on time and prove that he is a responsible adult and can take care of Joseph. So we dropped him off, and then when we got back to my house, I think I fell asleep or something, cuz I didn't get any sleep on Saturday night with that Goober around.
But, wait!!! You haven't asked why we had a 4-Day Weekend yet!!! So I'll just tell you, cuz I know you're dying to know. There was an NJEA Teachers' Convention in Atlantic City, so we got Thursday and Friday off for the teachers to go gambling--I mean, conventioning.
On Monday, my mom had to get Gum Surgery to Prevent Gingivitis. So she stayed home and when she got back from surgery she couldn't talk.
On Tuesday, my daddy came back from Florida!!! I was up doing homework until about 9:30-ish, and at about 9:45-ish, my daddy called to say that he was gonna be here soon and to open the door for him. So I stayed up till 10 talking to my daddy, who got me a stuffed alligator, a snowglobe, and some freebies he picked up from his convention.
So, there you go, that wuz Part One of the Souper Catch-Up. Get ready for the next one, cuz it's cumin your way!!!

Review: High School Musical 3: Senior Year
Yeah, everyone saying it sucked and everything, you know you still *have* to see it. I mean, it's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL! Whether it sucked or not (which it did), you still gotta see it, just cuz. It's High School Musical. Word is, they're making more (kinda like Harry Potter), but probably with a different cast. Which you'll also have to see.
So, anyway, I did see it (Um, duh?). And it really sucked. It was so *sappy*. It was all about *saying good-bye* because they're all going to different colleges. Troy has to choose between theater and basketball. I'm not gonna tell you what he chooses. Gabriella might be moving again, and of course, Troy and Gabriella will be--gasp!--*separated*. Sharpay is still trying to win over Troy, *snore*. Kelsi and Ryan are going out. Kelsi has signed up the whole crew--Troy, Gabriella, Chad, Taylor, Jason, Martha, and Zeke--to be in the Musical (pronounced Myoo-zi-KAL, not Myoo-zi-KUL). Gabriella gets everyone into it with her idea to make it about their Senior Year. There's even a song, "A Night To Remember", about the Prom. Plus, there are 3 new characters: Matt Prokop, playing Jimmie "The Rocket" Zara (a freshman who idolizes Troy), Justin Martin, playing Donnie Dion (Jimmie's best friend/sidekick), and Jemma McKenzie-Brown, playing Tiara Gold (a transfer from London who starts out as Sharpay's innocent little personal assistant, but really wants to take over the East High Drama Department once Sharpay graduates). If you don't believe me, read fandango.com's synopsis:
"High School Musical 3: Senior Year continues the ongoing tune-filled love story between basketball player Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) and brainy beauty Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Anne Hudgens). As they head toward high-school graduation, the couple realizes that they'll be separated when they head to different colleges in the fall, so they join with their friends to produce a spring musical that will help them express their hopes and fears about the future."You can also go to fandango.com for tickets, which you're gonna need!
Have fun!

On Sunday I had a soccer game which wuz gonna be so close, but we lost, 1-0. So saaaadd.
On Monday wuz school, which wuzzzz sooooo borrrrriinnnng. With everyone being so used to half days, it wuz like a double day. The good thing is that Thursday and Friday are NJEA Convention days, which means *NO SCHOOL*. Which is great, but that doesn't help much right now.
And that brings us to Tuesday. More school. I have a science test tomorrow. This wasn't much of a Double-Whammy, I know, but it covered 4 boring days, so....bye?

Daily Report: The Assistant Principal on The Bus Goes...?

So my bus driver like, absolutely *HATES* my bus with a Capital H-A-T-E-S. And she especially hates the eighth-graders cuz they *throw paper* and *leave the windows open*. So today, they were all talking and standing up like usual as we pulled out of the parking lot of Lazar, and she got all mad and did a U-turn and turned *back* into Lazar. So everyone rushes to put away their cell phones and gum and put on seat belts and stuff, and then Mr. Kaiser, the Assistant Principal, gets on the bus. And then the bus driver (no one knows her name, btw) tells him how horrible "that group in the back" is. And Mr. Kaiser goes back and tells them that he's gonna write them up (for detention or bus suspension, or whatever) and that if it happens again he will assign seats. Then, Mr. Kaiser gets off the bus, and the old hag drives the bus back out of the parking lot while all the teachers on the sidewalk are watching and talking behind their clipboards. She's probably gonna give us a big lecture tomorrow. *eye roll*.

We had to learn all about DNA. Deoxyribosenucleic acid. And we learned about these two old ugly guys who discovered it. I mean, seriously! They're disgusting!!! One has elf ears, and the other can't get his mouth straight. Sorry, but you can't get over a face like that. Luckily, we only had to learn about them for half a period cuz we have *da-da-da-da-da-da* EARLY DISMISSAL!!! Cuz uv parent-teacher conferences, when the teachers send a letter to the parents of all the retards in the class, and tell them they wanna talk and they talk and the teacher tells the kid's parents how awwwful the kid is in class. NOT ME! I'm a good girl. Anyway, I also had soccer practice, and my team kicked butt in the scrimmage. But other than that, there's not much to report about, so *Adios, Amigos!*

Speaking of presidents, Lazar is holding a *Mock Election* on Thursday. I hate politics, so I'm not gonna vote. Or I'll just "vote" for some random 3rd Party. I get so confused if we are voting for the candidate or the party. They should have 2 candidates per party, so you get different view of each party. Cuz, maybe u like Republicans, but u don't like their candidate...*then* wut???
Well, I'm not worrying about that now. I'm worrying about *DNA Molecule and Replication*. Yep, good ol' Science Homework. Gawd, I hate that.

Double-Whammy: Saturday --> Today
Kay, so for all my socka chickaz, Saturday wuz my ahmayzing Halloween Birthday Party. Everyone wore their costumes. I esp. luvved Em's doll costume, and Fabio's baby costume! We played sum crazy halloween games. The first wuz threading a sparkly spider through your costume, which wuz crazzee. Then, we had a 3-part Relay Race. Part One wuz the Spider Toss (you had to toss a spider into a pumpkin bucket). Part Two wuz the Apple-Bobbing/Marshmallow Biting (you had to bob for an apple--DUH!--and then bite a marshmallow out uv flour with ur wet face...Savannah wuz covered in flour!!!). Part Three wuz Pumpkin Balancing (you had to balance a mini-pumpkin on ur head and walk with it...I failed horribly). We also had a Pinata, which no one could break. My team never won any of the games :-( . But I got ahmayzing presents...like almost $100 worth of Abercrombie Gift Cards. I am goin' on a Shopping Spree next week!!!
After my ahmayzing party wuz my socka chicka Savannah's birthday party. It wuz kind uv chaotic. There wuz this scavenger hunt, and a quiz about Savannah, and a tricky tray. Her mom makes awesome apple crisp!!!
I had a Soccer game on Sunday. My team won, ahmayzingly, against Randolph. 3 - 1. I didn't score, tho. But it wuz a great game. And after my game, I had half an hour to shower and then I had to go to dinner at Applebee's. First, tho, we went to Target to get sum stuff for my lil sis. I, uv course, *had* to get *something*, so I got hot pink, purple, and teal hoop earrings (3 separate pairs, not one pair uv multi-colored hoops, retard!) I also got hot pink pajama pants. Then, at Applebee's, I had buffalo wings that burned my mouth and lips. I went thru a Coke and a glass of water with thoz.
And then I went to sleep and woke up today (I know, ahmayzing, rite?!). Schoool wuz pretty boring, so there's not much to tell you about that. I'm gonna start homework or sumthing now, so byyyeeee!!!

Daily Report: It's Fridayyy!!!
T.G.I. Friday!!! Oh my Gawd, I am soooo tired!!! I wuz up till almost 12 last nite, working on that stupid story. Ugh. And I almost fell asleep on the bus today. Mrs. Bochicchio got all "You don't know what a title is?!" when I asked her what the title should be for our Social Studies Project. Plus, I forgot my lunch in my locker and Mrs. Travers got all pissed at me, like, "You realized this now?! You walked into the lunchroom without your lunch, and you didn't figure it out until ten minutes into the period?! We're really not allowed to let students go to their lockers...now you're gonna have to wait for a pass." I have soccer practice from 7:30 - 9:00, then I'm just gonna shower and go to sleep. I am sooo tired. The only good news today is that my hair looks great. It's not frizzy, or anything, and the bangs aren't all sticking up or flipping out. But I gotta do homework now, so see ya!

Saturday, I went shopping with my mom, sister, and grandma to Party City for the stuff for my spookalicious halloween birthday partay (socka chickaz only). We got matching plates and cups and napkins and tablecloths and stuf like that. We also got decorations (pinata!!!) and goody bags. Then, I had to go to some borriinnggg dinner at my mom's friend's house. Ugghhh. It waz sooo borrinngg that I actually started reading. Yes, I said reading. I know, rite?! It was majorly suckish.
Sunday waz a suckish soccer game against Scotch Plains. We lost, like, 2- or 3-0. After that I had the Ahmayzing Monica over (not Sharma!) to plan our fantabulous Halloween costumes. We're being devils, by the way. Then, I went to dinner with my sista frum anutha mista, JLo --also wun uv my socka chickas--and her fam at the Sunset Pub & Grill. I got a way-too-huge cheesesteak, which wuzn't really worth the calories. The Shirley Temple wuz good, tho.
And then came Monday (cue scary music). Which iz today, for all the Michelles out there! There wuz the Daytop Assembly, about these four kids who were in rehab cuz uv drug abuse. And I got out of L.A!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which wuz majorly awwwsumm cuz I heard the uther periods had to sing a song about there, their, and they're. But the school still hazn't turned on the heat (they sed they wur supposed to get heat October 15th...), so I wuz freezing until 5th period, when I finally got my jacket out of my locker. It's from Delia's, by the way. And at Gym, my team kicked butt in soccer, which izn't anything new.
So...yeah...
This iz Lex, with ur Double-Whammy, signing off!

Daily Report: Happy Yom Kippur!

Yeah, today was another day off to celebrate another Jewish holiday. Thank you, Jews!!!
So I've been sittin' on my butt all day, and I also went to Monica's house with Hayley. That was pretty cool, cuz we painted our nails (dice!). I will post pix of that once Monica sends them to me, so stay tuned for that! Hayley did hers watermelons, and Monica did both dice and watermelons (diced watermelon?). So...yeah. I'm not sure what else to say, so bye-bye now!
In My Ears: C.S.I., being watched by my aunt.
On My Mind: birthday party (in two weeks!), science project (due on Tuesday), what I'm gonna wear tomorrow (not sure cuz it was planned for 60 degree weather, but it's apparently gonna be 75-ish tomorrow, so I'm gonna have to change it. Yes, I think about this kind of stuff)
Catch-Up: Happy (Belated) Birthday to Me!!!
I'm a hundred and three
I'm still in pre-k-ay
and I miss my mommy!
My mommy's at work
she hired a jerk
that jerk is a monkey
and he ate my homework!
Remember when we all loved to sing that nonsensical (luv that wurd!) song, while we blew out the candles at Libby Lu's?! Yeah...I miss those days, when you never got homework on weekends, and all you had to worry about in life was cooties...ahhhhh!
This year's birthday was pretty cool, cuz I got to go shopping and then have dessert for dinner--Factory Mud Pie, deelish--at The Cheesecake Factory (which I didn't finish, tho). What did I buy, you ask? Well, I got my birthday outfit, which debuted (day-byood, luv that word, too!) on Monday: blue Hollister sweats (a little too long, right, Tiff?), and a PacSun henley.
Plus, I bought some stuff from Delia's (Monzi--i got the little green tee!), Abercrombie, Icing by Claire's and a bunch uv other stores that I can't remember right now. Also, I got a new Juicy purse, which day-byood with my outfit.

It says "Juicy Loves Couturists". Envy it!!!
So that wuz all on Friday.
On Saturday...
We went apple-picking! It's kind of a tradition, actually. The Saturday after my birthday, some of my dad's friends, my uncle, plus my grandparents and our family all go to Hillview Farms to pick apples and pumpkins. This time, we had an addition to our group....my baby cousin, Joseph!!! He is the adorubblest little thing u hav ever seen!!! He is about an inch taller than a pumpkin, and he probably weighs less (well, not really...but the height part is right--we measured!). After apple and pumpkin picking we go to Applebee's (apples--Applebee's...get it?). My dad's friends both have kids. One has Jacob and the other has Gabby, and they are both adorubble but not as much as Joseph. So with those three, plus some chickens, goats, apples and pumpkins, Saturday wuz pretty busy.
Then came Sunday.
On Sunday, I had a home soccer game against Pompton Lakes/Riverdale Dynamite, which we lost so horribly that I refuse to type the score. And that is all I am willing to say about Sunday.
And as we all know, Monday and Tuesday come after Sunday.
On Monday, my birthday outfit/purse debuted, and not much else. Tuesday was even more boring than that.
So yeah, there's your catch-up. Haven't you always wanted to read it???

Review: The House Bunny
I saw the House Bunny yesterday, with Monzi and Amanda! It was really funny. In case you live in a hole, and you don't know what The House Bunny is, it is about a Playboy bunny (Shelly) who gets kicked out of the mansion and becomes a sorority house mother for a bunch of loser "ZETAs". Shelly helps the ZETAs become popular and get the pledges they need to keep their house. Or you can read fandango.com's overview:"Sexpot Shelley Darlington (Anna Faris) lives comfortably at the Playboy Mansion, until a jealous rival gets her tossed out on her tail. With nowhere else to go, she winds up at Zeta Alpha Zeta sorority. The seven socially inept Zetas will lose their house unless they can attract more pledges; to do that, they need to learn the ways of makeup and men from an expert."

Happy Rosh Hashanah!

Heyyy people!!! Happy Rosh Hashanah!!! No, I'm not Jewish, but I have no school today or tomorrow because of the holiday, so why not celebrate?! I'll be sitting at home all day today and tomorrow, doing absolutely nothing. Maybe I'll do some shopping? Anyway, all you Jews, hope you have a good one!
Chag sameach!
